At Kwanzaa 365 Connection, Our long-term vision is to create a self-sustaining network of youth and community members who are deeply connected to their cultural heritage and actively working toward a brighter future for themselves and their communities. Our Services include:

YOUTH PROGRAMS

  • Work It Wednesdays: Bi-weekly African dance and wellness classes that help youth connect with their heritage while promoting fitness and fun.

  • Youth Mentorship Program: Pairing young people with experienced mentors who guide them in personal growth, leadership, and community service.

  • Cultural Arts Workshops: Hands-on workshops in African dance, drumming, and visual arts, aimed at developing creativity and cultural appreciation.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

  • Annual Kwanzaa Celebration: A week-long celebration featuring dance, performances, workshops, and community discussions centered on the 7 principles of Kwanzaa.


Wellness Retreats:

  • Community health and wellness retreats offering yoga, fitness classes, and holistic health screenings.

Cultural Festivals:

Hosting local festivals that highlight African traditions, food, dance, and art.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Event Volunteers: Help with event setup, coordination, and logistics during community events.

Youth Mentors:

Guide young people in leadership and life skills, helping them grow into community role models.

Outreach Volunteers:

Support our efforts by helping us spread the word about Kwanzaa365 events and programs.
